We ship with UPS, offering ground, expedited and overnight options. Most of our products are in stock and can be shipped within 1–5 days of receipt of an order.
Most of our products are in stock and can be shipped within 1–5 days of receipt of an order. When an item is out of stock or made to order, it will take us 2–3 additional days to make and finish before shipping. We will notify customers by e-mail if it takes longer to fulfill the order.
Returns of standard items are accepted within 30 days of the ship date for refund or exchange. We recommend that customers insure return shipments for the product value and use a carrier that provides tracking for their protection. We will only refund or exchange items that are received in their original condition.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Artifaqt.
Custom items are individually made to order for the customer and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom items are clearly noted as such in product descriptions and in the product code.
If one of our switchplates ever breaks, we will replace it.
