Heirloom Tomatoes
Heirloom Tomatoes
It all began with that simple Instagram message…
Emma from Kneehigh Farm let me walk through her impressively packed tomato tunnels in search for the perfect unripe heirloom. With hundreds of tomatoes to choose from, I don’t think I could have gone wrong! We are very pleased with the final result, both in terms of appearance and how these candles burn!
Kneehigh Farm is a 100% women-owned and operated produce farm located outside of Pottstown, PA. The beeswax used in these candles in sourced from Swarmbustin’ Honey in Chester County. Swarmbustin’ also cares for the pollinating hives on Kneehigh’s farm. These candles are a true collaboration between the bees, the beekeepers, the badass farmers of Kneehigh and the mold makers of Artifaqt!
Beeswax naturally burns cleaner, brighter, hotter, and longer than most choices and does not require chemical processing or additives to enhance these properties. With an inherently pleasant but gentle aroma, beeswax is the perfect choice for the eco-conscious home.

Candle Care Instructions
Always burn on a metal or ceramic dish to avoid a fire. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
To avoid tunneling, burn for at least 2-3 hours per session. Candles have memories! If you don’t allow the wax pool to reach its full diameter it will adversely effect your candle’s burn.
Trim the wick to 1/4" before each lighting. It's important to trim the wick during or immediately after burning your candle. Trimming a cold wick may break the wick off, making relighting it difficult.
If there is a carbon build up (build up that resembles a little black mushroom), extinguish the candle, cut the wick, and re-light.
To prevent uneven burning, use a metal tool to center the wick if necessary.
To extinguish, dunk the wick into the wax pool and straighten.
Relax and enjoy!
