Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination. Your selected shipping speed applies once the parcel has been packed and picked up by the carrier.

We try to process an order as quickly as possible, which is usually 2-3 business days.

Please allow for extra shipping days over holidays, as delays can be experienced.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 15 S Main Street! Your pickup will include a tour of our making space if you would like. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days, unless we notify you otherwise. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@artifaqt.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will find a solution and get a perfect product in your hands.
