This is not a rare Pennsylvanian metallic hardwood, it is molded from a split walnut log, sculpted with gently lifting corners, sand cast in aluminum and preserved in Chef’s Bright, a two-step technical coating formulated for the rigors of restaurant service. Oven safe to 400°F, it is perfect for warm, hot or cold foods.
