We sourced this piece of silestone while designing a Native American drum themed end table for Walt Disney World. The original design envisioned a stone top. Later, we switched to this sculpted “leather” top that we had already made in the past for a Polynesian Resort side table.

We repurposed the silestone as a lazy susan following the completion of that project.

Silestone is an engineered stone that can be used for countertops, wall cladding, sinks and flooring. It is highly regarded for its durability and non-porous elements that stand up to scratches and stains, and it brings a high-end look to rooms that requires little maintenance.
